1) Who we are

ProcessJr is provided by Anytin Systems, based in Ontario, Canada. We build tools to track and manage business processes (timers, reminders, and logs), with a mobile app coming soon.

2) What we collect (minimal)

• Contact info: your email when you join our waitlist or contact us.
• Product data (in-app): departments, systems, and processes you create and related activity logs (timestamps, actions).
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device details, pages visited (basic analytics).
• Support messages: information you share when you request help.

We don’t intentionally collect sensitive categories of data.

3) Why we collect it

• Provide the service: run timers and reminders, store your processes and logs, keep things working across devices.
• Communicate: send confirmations, product/service updates, and (if you opt in) marketing emails.
• Improve & secure: diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and make the product better.
• Legal/compliance: meet our legal and contractual obligations.

4) Consent (PIPEDA)

We rely on your consent to collect and use personal information. By submitting your email or using the app, you consent to the collection and use described here. You may withdraw consent at any time (for example, unsubscribe from emails) by contacting info@processjr.com. We’ll explain any impacts on your use of the service.

5) Where your data is stored

We use reputable cloud providers and service partners that may be located inside or outside Canada(e.g., the United States). Your information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We apply contractual and technical safeguards to protect it.

6) Sharing (no selling)

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us operate (hosting, databases, analytics, email) under contracts that protect your information.
• Legal or safety reasons if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
• Business change (e.g., merger or acquisition), where data may transfer under the same protections.

7) Retention (only as long as needed)

• Waitlist emails: kept until you unsubscribe or we no longer need them.
• App data & logs: kept while your account/workspace is active; you can delete items in the app as features become available.
• We may keep limited records after deletion if required by law, to prevent abuse, or for backups.

8) Your rights (Canada)

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or withdraw consent. Email info@processjr.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. If you’re not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

9) Cookies & analytics (lightweight)

We use necessary cookies for basic site functionality and may use basic analytics to understand usage (e.g., page views). You can manage cookies in your browser settings. We’ll seek consent for any non-essential tracking.

10) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. No method is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

11) Children

ProcessJr is not intended for children under 13. If we learn we’ve collected personal information from a child, we’ll delete it.

12) Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are their own—review their policies before providing data.

13) Changes

We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we’ll post the update here and adjust the dates above. Your continued use means you accept the updated policy.
