1) Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ProcessJr (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Anytin Systems in Ontario, Canada. By using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Who we are

  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4) Plans, Trials & Billing

  • Starter (Free): core features with usage limits.
  • Pro: free trial for 1 month, then a monthly subscription (currently shown as $7/month in our pricing). Prices and features may change; we’ll post updates on the site.
  • Billing: processed by a third-party payment provider. Applicable taxes may apply.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel anytime in your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

5) Fair Use & Limits

We may apply reasonable technical and rate limits to ensure stability. For example, Starter may retain logs for about 20 days, while Pro may offer longer retention and downloads. We may adjust limits from time to time to maintain service quality.

6) Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; no harassment or abuse.
  • No reverse engineering, scraping at scale, or attempts to bypass security.
  • No use that interferes with or degrades the Service for others.

7) Your Content & Ownership

You own the content you create in your workspace (e.g., departments, systems, processes, logs). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

8) Privacy

Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.

9) Beta / Early Access

Some features may be labeled beta or early access. They are provided “as is” and may change, break, or be discontinued at any time.

10) Service Changes & Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11) Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., hosting, analytics, payments). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

12) IP & Feedback

We own the Service and related intellectual property. If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use them without restriction.

13) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, certain provisions survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity).

14) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement).

15) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anytin Systems and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or CAD $0 if you use the free plan).

16) Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anytin Systems from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

17) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

18) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., on the site or by email). Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept them.
